Sumario:Cutaneous horns are cornified hyperkeratotic lesions on the skin, usually present on photo-exposed areas such as the face and scalp. Its presence on the penis is very rare. Here, we report a 35-year-old male presenting with penile cutaneous horn with successful management with wide local excision along with a review of other modalities of treatment of this rare entity.
