A Highly Asymmetric Gold(III) η(3)‐Allyl Complex

A highly asymmetric Au(III) η(3)‐allyl complex has been generated by treating Au(η(1)‐allyl)Br(tpy) (tpy=2‐(p‐tolyl)pyridine) with AgNTf(2).
