Pulmonary Intravascular Large B-cell Lymphoma in a Patient Administered Methotrexate for Rheumatoid Arthritis

A 70-year-old woman with rheumatoid arthritis undergoing methotrexate (MTX) treatment presented with dyspnea and a subfever.
