Sumario:Diagnosis of invasive fungal disease remains an ongoing challenge for clinicians, while continuously evolving treatment regimens increase patient risk for invasive infection. This case highlights how molecular testing led to the diagnosis of co-infection with two fungal pathogens producing invasive disease in a hematopoietic stem cell transplant recipient with graft-versus-host disease (GVHD).
