Pemphigus in Sarcomatoid Renal Cell Carcinoma: A Rare Paraneoplastic Manifestation

Renal cell carcinoma with sarcomatoid features is a rare presentation with a 5% incidence. Sarcomatoid renal cell carcinoma is usually associated with poor prognosis.
