The histological findings revealed lung metastasis involving renal cell carcinoma. Endobronchial ultrasound-guided transbronchial needle aspiration under non-invasive positive pressure ventilation is useful for diagnosing lesions that require access up to the segmental bronchus in patients with respiratory failure. |
