Crystal structure of 2-methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline trihydrate

The crystal structure of the title compound, C(10)H(13)N·3H(2)O, a heterocyclic amine, was determined in the presence of water. The compound co-crystallizes with three water molecules in the asymmetric unit, which leads to the formation of hydrogen bonding in the crystal.
