Author report a rare case of PCNSL presenting as an intracranial mass involving the entire ventricular system, in an immunocompetent 36-year-old male with severe headache, decreased vision, and unsteady gait. The diagnosis was obtained by histopathological and subsequent immunohistochemistry.
