Sumario:Two successful cases of percutaneous transfemoral transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) in patients with previous aortobifemoral bypass graft surgery are presented. Both cases demonstrate feasibility of this strategy after careful preprocedural planning and suggest transfemoral TAVR can also be considered for patients when alternative access and/or general anaesthesia is excluded.
