Mechanism of demyelination in JHM virus encephalomyelitis: Electron microscopic studies

Weanling mice were given intraperitoneal inoculations of the neurotropic, JHM strain of mouse hepatitis virus, the virulence of which had been altered by repeated mouse passages.
