Sumario:A cold, which can at first appear benign, must not be disregarded during a consultation at the community pharmacy as it can be incapacitating for the patient. Rhinitis of a viral origin is said to be acute, but it can also be the result of an allergy or caused by irritating agents. The first advice to give concerns hygiene.
