Sumario: | In article number https://doi.org/10.1002/advs.201902897, Javier Pérez‐Ramírez, Tobias Keplinger, and co‐workers introduce a universal green synthesis method for the in situ growth of metal–organic framework (MOF) nanocrystals within wood substrates. The resulting MOF/wood composite exhibits hierarchical porosity, remarkable mechanical stability as well as CO(2)/N(2) separation ability. The functionalization strategy could be potentially used in environmental‐ and energy‐related fields. [Image: see text] |
