Sumario:The underlying methodological principle of this study was to follow the actors in the fieldwork. The field research has been conducted at a university in Bosnia, providing rich data to explore the impact of nationalism and cosmopolitanism on information sharing in academic communities. This chapter describes preparations for the fieldwork, data collection methods employed and Latour’s circulatory system of scientific facts that has been used as a guide to follow the actors at the field.
