Sumario: | Prostate cancer is the second most frequent among men. Bones and lymph nodes are the most common sites of metastases in advanced prostate cancer. Oral cavity metastases are rare. We report a case of 65-year-old man with a prostate adenocarcinoma revealed by gingival metastasis. We analyze through this observation the clinical, morphological and therapeutic characteristics of this neoplasia. |
