Necrotizing cellulitis due to Rhizopus arrhizus in an extremely premature infant

We report an extremely premature infant with necrotizing cellulitis. After minor trauma to the left arm when removing an adhesive sensor, patient developed rapidly progressive cellulitis, which evolved into a necrotic ulcer.
