Diagnostic Dilemma: An Unusual Case of Angioimmunoblastic T-Cell Lymphoma Manifesting as Bone Marrow Non-Caseating Granuloma

We present here a rare and unusual presentation of angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma with non-necrotizing granuloma of bone marrow.
