description Mr. P. is a 93-year-old patient hospitalized with a COVID 19 infection. The evaluation of this patient was carried out by means of a specific multisystemic COVID-19 assessment and a systemic evaluation of motor functions. This led to the conclusion of a mixed clinical picture associating major respiratory dysfunction in connection with acute respiratory distress syndrome and associated motor fragility. This diagnosis therefore raises the importance of a holistic assessment to target the profile of COVID-19 patients and associated dysfunctions in order to orient and determine the axes of multidisciplinary rehabilitative care.
