Sumario:Losing a child during pregnancy or around birth causes immeasurable distress. This suffering is accentuated by the incomprehension of those around them, by the solitude and silence that surrounds this tragedy, by the lack of recognition of these children and, for couples, by the difficulty of living the ambiguous status of childless parents. Since 2013, an associative group has been organising the annual “One flower, one life” day. Born of a common desire to create an artistic and public event, this initiative allows hundreds of people, in France and from abroad, to honour their little ones and to move forward at their own pace in their mourning.
