Here, genome of seven V.parahaemolyticus strains, which are virulent to shrimps were sequenced by PacBio platform and the virulence was confirmed through the presence of plasmid (∼69 Kb) with binary toxin genes (i.e., pirA and pirB) with PCR method. |
