Genome sequence analysis of a Helicoverpa armigera single nucleopolyhedrovirus (HearNPV-TR) isolated from Heliothis peltigera in Turkey

The entire genome of Helicoverpa armigera single nucleopolyhedrovirus (HearNPV-TR) was sequenced, and compared to genomes of other existing isolates.
