Sumario:Lipoma and its variants rarely involve the oral cavity. Osteolipoma of the hard palate is extremely uncommon with only a few cases reported worldwide. It is important to recognize and give comprehensive diagnosis of this entity, so as to prevent unwarranted medical interventions.
