Sumario:In testimony before the Presidential Commission on Law Enforcement and the Administration of Justice on April 14, 2020, the author was able to make recommendations for how Forensic Science Service Providers (FSSPs) and law enforcement can work more collaboratively and effectively on domestic abuse and sexual assault investigations. This Perspectives article focuses on four key areas of those recommendations: resources, sexual assault response collaboration, forensic criminal intelligence sharing, and quality assurance.
