Sumario:We describe the case of a 75-year-old woman with textured silicone implants who was referred to our institution with concern for implant rupture and Breast Implant Associated Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma (BIA-ALCL). After explantation and pathologic evaluation, she was diagnosed with silicone granuloma and adenitis, though her presentation mimicked BIA-ALCL.
