LGI1-antibody associated epilepsy successfully treated in the outpatient setting

We report six patients with anti-LGI1 associated epilepsy. Two patients presented with new-onset generalized tonic-clonic seizures, four developed faciobrachial dystonic seizures and two piloerection.
