Dubai’s “Food Watch” is a digital platform used by this UAE municipality to digitize data to support the traceability and transparency of imported and certified foods. This version of Blockchain serves as an example of how to attempt to predict and prevent failures in the food supply and to ultimately prevent a future public health crisis.
