The chapter discusses a comprehensive population policy, which is based not on the traditional foundation of family planning, but on the pillars of women’s access to education, health care, economic and political decisions. To solve the acute unemployment problem, a non-conventional alternative livelihood has also been presented as annexure to the chapter.
