Takotsubo Cardiomyopathy Secondary to Ruptured Supraclinoid Internal Carotid Artery Aneurysm

A 41-year-old lady who presented with sudden-onset severe headache diagnosed to have ruptured supraclinoid internal carotid artery (ICA) aneurysm.
