Sumario: | Laryngeal involvement in tuberculosis is rare and may mimic malignancy. We report the case of a 26‐year‐old female who presented with sore throat for several months. Laryngoscopic biopsy confirmed necrotizing granulomatous inflammation with positive culture for Mycobacterium tuberculosis. |
