Sumario: | Nine metagenomes derived from university hospital effluent, at different stages of wastewater treatment, and the river adjacent to the wastewater treatment plant in Göttingen, Germany, were analyzed. Bacteria was the dominant domain and mainly comprised Proteobacteria, Firmicutes, Bacteroidetes, and Actinobacteria.
