Sumario:Martinique, while in phase 2 of the Covid-19 epidemic, applied, in March 2020, the lockdown measures decided at the national level, which made it necessary to reorganize the perinatal care supply. New working methods have emerged as a result of the availability, adaptability and creativity of professionals. This experience should lead them to strengthen accompanying strategies for women, to better apprehend the future and to develop the training of caregivers in the psychological challenges of health crisis management.
