Sumario:Coronavirus disease of 2019 poses significant risks for patients with vascular disease. Telemedicine can help clinicians provide care for patients with vascular disease while adhering to social-distancing guidelines. In this article, we review the components of telemedicine used in the vascular medicine practice at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center. In addition, we describe inpatient and outpatient diagnosis-based algorithms to help select patients for telemedicine versus in-person evaluation.
