Sumario:Retroperitoneal gastrointestinal tumor is the rarest subtype among 3 subtypes of extragastrointestinal tumors, which are uncommon stromal tumors. We herein report a case of a 55-year-old man with retroperitoneal gastrointestinal tumor detected by magnetic resonance imaging and confirmed by postoperative histology and immunohistochemistry.
