Case report expanding the germline AXIN2- related phenotype to include olfactory neuroblastoma and gastric adenoma
BACKGROUND: Pathogenic AXIN2 variants cause absence of permanent teeth (hypodontia), sparse hair and eye brows (ectodermal dysplasia), and gastrointestinal polyps and cancer.
