Membranous nephropathy and thymoma in a patient with ankylosing spondylitis: A case report

RATIONALE: We report a rare case with ankylosing spondylitis (AS), thymoma, and membranous glomerulonephritis. The pathogenic mechanisms of these 3 diseases may be associated with each other.
