Sumario:In recent years, with the development of the high resolution computed tomography (HRCT) screening program for lung cancer, the multifocal ground-glass nodule (GGN) has been discovered more and more. Because there are still many uncertainties in the diagnosis and treatment of multifocal GGN in lung, this paper reviews the clinical concerns such as the follow-up interval and time, the relationship between main focus and other focuses, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of residual nodules.
