Sumario:Synovitis, acne, pustulosis, hyperostosis and osteitis (SAPHO) syndrome has been proposed to describe a clinicoradiological entity manifesting in the joints, skin and bones. We describe a patient with SAPHO syndrome for whom bilateral tonsillectomy was effective for the treatment of arthralgia, which was quantified using multiple pain scales.
