Sumario:In this paper, we discuss a unique manifestation of malignant pheochromocytoma, which presented with ocular pain. The histopathological study pointed to a possible pheochromocytoma origin. Subsequently, the patient underwent thorough imaging and paraclinical evaluations, which confirmed the diagnosis of pheochromocytoma.
