Sumario: | When it comes to thinking about the links that the digital question territorial inequalities and patient rights can have, a question arises quite naturally beyond just telemedicine: the online sale of drugs and its impact on a potentially insufficient pharmacy supply. This contribution therefore proposes to study the reality of this effect in favor of the right of access to healthcare. Two key ideas emerge: not only, despite appearances, this online sale can produce little effect to compensate for a lack of supply, but, what is more, this mode of sale causes indirect effects quite negative for patients and public health. |
