Sumario: | Synchronous occurrence of triple primary cancers of urinary tract is quite rare and represents a difficult treatment challenge. Here, we report a case of a 78-year-old man with synchronous renal cell carcinoma, urothelial carcinoma of urinary bladder and adenocarcinoma of prostate within a short period. To the best of our knowledge, this is the 20th reported of triple primary cancers of urinary tract and the first synchronous case with bone metastasis in the literature. |
