Sumario:Renal sarcoma-like collecting duct cancer is a rare tumor. A 68-year-old man was admitted to the hospital due to chest tightness and back swelling. Computed tomography showed solid occupying of the superior cyst of the left kidney. He underwent radical resection of left kidney cancer. The pathological result is collecting duct carcinoma with sarcoma-like changes. This report helps to understand the clinical manifestations and treatment of the disease.
