Sumario:External iliac artery dissection is a rare and under-reported vascular complication after renal transplantation. The etiology is yet to be fully understood. The presentation, investigation and management of this condition are highly variable. Here we report a 52-year-old man successfully treated by endovascular stenting with nitinol stents for an external iliac artery dissection proximal to the anastomosis.
