Sumario:Digital transformation happened all of a sudden, not with a gradual shift towards more sophisticated tools, but with a televised announcement from prime ministers and presidents across the globe asking organisations to do their part in containing the coronavirus outbreak. Almost overnight, companies found themselves having to adapt to a completely new mode of working.
