Sumario:We present a case of a 44-year-old man with biopsy-proven primary vitreoretinal lymphoma (PVRL), who developed multiple ocular recurrences over the course of six years. Recurrences were imaged with color fundus photography, fundus autofluorescence, and optical coherence tomography. This case demonstrates a single patient with a myriad of imaging findings of PVRL as well as response to a variety of therapeutic interventions.
