CAR NK Cell Therapy for T Follicular Helper Cells
T follicular helper (T(FH)) cells are associated with the development of both autoimmune disease and T cell malignancies. In this issue, Reighard et al.,(1) describe the design of PD-L1 chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) NK cells that effectively target and eliminate T(FH) cells.
