description Colon cancer is one of the common cancers and a major reason for cancer-related deaths with reported metastasis to the lungs and liver. Metastasis to inguinal lymph nodes from the adenocarcinoma of the colon is very rare and needs to be managed distinctly. We present a case of moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma of colon confirmed pathologically in an elderly male patient with locally extensive malignancy with involvement of the right-sided inguinal lymph nodes.
