Sumario: | Epidermal cysts are common skin lesions. They are usually seen in the chronic sun-exposed areas of the skin. They can get complicated by inflammation, infection, rupture, or malignancy. The patient was successfully treated by complete surgical excision. Histology revealed epidermal cyst with foreign body giant cell reaction and no evidence of malignancy. |
