However, a certain number of questions or hypotheses persist, in particular concerning the influence of antidiabetic treatments on the prognosis or the pathophysiological mechanisms involved in the severe forms associated with diabetes. An update of all of these points is presented in this article, but the data in the literature change very quickly…
