Six characteristics of management were included: nurse selection and training, transformation of ward layout, nurse position setting, quality control, humanistic care, and safety and comfort of individual protection. Orderly and efficient nursing management during COVID-19 treatment is very important to ensure the quality of clinical nursing, improve the cure rate and avoid the infection of nurses. This practical experience of the establishment and management of the nursing unit can provide reference for the nursing management of other public health events, such as the treatment of infectious diseases. |
