| Sumario: | Infrapopliteal artery aneurysms are rare, and tibioperoneal trunk aneurysms are even rarer. We herein report an unusual case of large tibioperoneal trunk pseudoaneurysm. The patient underwent successful endovascular exclusion of the pseudoaneurysm by coil embolization with stent assistance.
