High‐risk pulmonary embolism with out‐of‐hospital cardiac arrest: Acute multidisciplinary approach leading to surgical embolectomy with good clinical outcome
Percutaneous pulmonary angiography may be used for early diagnosis of pulmonary embolism in the hemodynamic unstable patient. Pulmonary embolectomy is an effective treatment option in patients with acute high‐risk pulmonary embolism. [Image: see text]
